How it works

A 30-minute call.
We talk through your current grant activity, the program you'd want assessed, and whether an audit is genuinely the right next step. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

Kickoff and documents.
After you sign, you get an intake questionnaire, a documentation list, and a secure folder to upload to. We walk through both together on a 60-minute call so you know why every item matters.

The audit.
I assess your governance, financial health, infrastructure, data and outcomes capacity, narrative readiness, fundraising operations, and compliance — then score it all against both checklists. Typically two to three weeks.

The debrief.
A 60-to-90-minute call on what I found and the three to five things to do first. I check back at 30 and 90 days to see how implementation is going.
